House Fire on Gun & Rod Club Rd.

On Tuesday night at 22:37 hours Stations 47, Tanker Company 52(Houston), BLS 50 and KM8 were dispatched to a reported working trailer fire on Gun & Rod Club Rd. Command 47 (Capt. Greenlee) and Engine 47-2 (Chief Williams; crew of 6) went on scene 8 minutes later to find a room and contents fire in a double wide. The crew from Eng. 2 stretched a line and held the fire to the master bedroom suite. Remaining units assisted with water supply, ventilation and overhaul. The fire was brought under control by 23:00 hours and all units were in quarters before midnight. Units responding. Command 47, Engines 47-2; 47-4; 47-5; 52-5; 52-2, Tankers 47-3 and 52-7, BLS 50, KM8, and DSFMO. Captain Greenlee had the Command. Engine 78-2(Greenwood) handled the cover up assignment for Station 47, and the Red Cross was notified to assist the occupants.
