Woods Fire on Beebe Rd.

Early Thursday morning on 4/23/15, an electrical line malfunctioned and caused an area of woods and brush to catch fire on Beebe Rd. Station 47 was alerted at 00:57 hours. Command 47 (Deputy Chief Smith) arrived to find a roughly 200' by 75' section of woods on fire with an exposure to a pickup. Crews from Brush 47-0, Engine 47-5, and Tanker 47-3 went on scene and extinguished the fire using two booster lines and the Turret nozzle on 47-5.
